Living a VIBE Life is all about maintaining that mind, body spirit connection. These days that can sometimes be difficult to do. With all that is going on it is so easy to put ourselves on the back burner and focus instead on everything else. The problem is that eventually if we do not stay connected to the essence that makes us “us” we began to feel unwell. Feeling unwell is just the start of being unwell.

She combines a master’s degree in Education with over 15 years of experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Carolyn guides others on how to transform their wound story to their wow story with her “Heal it…Write it…Speak it” program. For over 20 years she taught school and has worked with at-risk youth out of gangs transforming their lives with poetry-therapy sharing her story on TV.
