regarding COVID-19 has certainly increased our awareness of the need to better care for our immune systems. What gets confusing is, how do we do that? I think all of us have heard all kinds of things regarding fortifying our immune system. We have heard experts talk about the importance of good nutrition and eating habits. We have also been told that exercise and movement in general is a must do to have a healthy immune system. Getting enough sleep and rest is also one of the top suggestions when it comes to having a healthy immune system. What you do not hear about as much is where the emotions and our spirituality come in when it comes to fortifying our immune system. What is that all about and how important is it that we be emotionally and spiritually healthy to have a healthy immune system. My guest, Linda Brown, a Holistic Mind-Nutrition and Body Health Coach shares with us some vital information about how to have a holistic approach to fortifying our immune system.
