Shana strives to live a truly yoga-driven life. A strict vegan dedicated to the moral principles of yoga, Shana celebrates a life of service, charity, and gratitude.
A dedicated yoga practitioner, at 52 years young (as of May 2024…you can do the math from there), she can do amazing things with her body that most 25-year-olds could only dream of.
Way back in 2002, Shana was one of the few instructors outside of India teaching yoga to children. A trailblazer in the field that was once considered ridiculous and is now ubiquitous.
Today, Shana is the only instructor on earth who is globally recognized as a leader in both the adult and children’s yoga spaces. She is famous for her ability to break very complex ideas into small, bite-sized chunks and to get just about anyone into just about any pose through a combination of skillset and mindset development and mastery.
Shana has the superpower of granting others superpowers.
