00:00:06.185 --> 00:00:16.617
Explain to them how the music is tied to frequency and what kind of music should they be listening to that can help them with their quest to have more joy and to basically live at a higher frequency.

00:00:17.500 --> 00:00:18.903
Absolutely Well.

00:00:18.903 --> 00:00:34.542
I always tell people, you know, we all have our favorite genres, and so I, on my healing journey, has started curating in like over 2 000 songs to a point that now I have my own genre wow and launched it.

00:00:34.542 --> 00:00:57.238
It's called blue soul, and so whatever music that pretty much feels at home for you, whether it's pop music, whether it's soul or jazz or what have you I like Bossa Nova music as well Whatever you feel that your body is saying yes to, that's the genre of music you need to be in.

00:00:57.460 --> 00:00:58.140
Yes yes.

00:01:12.756 --> 00:01:20.545
Hi, I'm Linus Woods Mullins and I love to help women to vibe, to be more vibrant, intuitive, beautiful and empowered in midlife.

00:01:20.545 --> 00:01:27.629
So come on, let's vibe.

00:01:27.629 --> 00:01:37.251
You know you always hear me talk about raising our vibration and the importance of having a high vibe.

00:01:37.251 --> 00:01:44.186
I mean, that's what the whole Vibe Living podcast is about is finding ways to be more vibrant, more intuitive, more beautiful and empowered.

00:01:44.186 --> 00:01:49.474
And if you are all those things, that means you must be operating highly in the vibrational realm.

00:01:49.474 --> 00:01:53.790
So what does that really mean when you have a high vibration or a high frequency?

00:01:53.790 --> 00:01:57.430
And if you don't have it, what is it that you can do to get it?

00:01:57.430 --> 00:02:01.712
Well, our guest is an expert when it comes to talking about things like this.

00:02:01.760 --> 00:02:05.450
I'm so proud to introduce to you my dear friend Nurse Blue.

00:02:05.450 --> 00:02:08.979
She is an undeniable powerful force of God on this planet.

00:02:08.979 --> 00:02:21.036
She is an RN, but she's also the soul health and wellness expert, a musicologist, a spiritual activist and the author of a brand new book Freedom is a Frequency.

00:02:21.036 --> 00:02:29.788
This is a musicology joy journal designed to help you elevate your energy, health, peace, confidence, relationships and abundance.

00:02:29.788 --> 00:02:41.965
There's so much more I could say about Nurse Blue, but I want you to get her to know her on her own terms, on her own words, nurse Blue, or, as her name is, latrice Levitt.

00:02:41.965 --> 00:02:45.070
Welcome to the Vibe Living Podcast.

00:02:45.070 --> 00:02:46.614
It's so great to have you on today.

00:02:47.259 --> 00:02:48.866
And it's so great to see you.

00:02:48.866 --> 00:02:57.588
Thank you so much for the invitation and, because this is all about vibing, I'm so excited to be here.

00:02:57.588 --> 00:02:58.770
You know that's my love.

00:02:58.770 --> 00:03:03.125
Yes, it is when we vibe and you do it in such a unique way.

00:03:03.445 --> 00:03:16.790
Tell the audience, our listeners, a little bit about you and how you came to become a musicologist, a soul health and wellness expert, and kind of how you see your role in the world in terms of what you're doing.

00:03:17.759 --> 00:03:18.700
Well, thank you so much.

00:03:18.700 --> 00:03:28.629
Well, I'll just say that becoming a soul health expert, I'll just say that becoming a soul health expert, it all started back from my childhood.

00:03:28.629 --> 00:03:34.876
Actually, I grew up in a family that my second home was a radio station.

00:03:34.876 --> 00:03:49.789
So because my dad owned a radio station and it's been in business for over 60 years in the Chicagoland area, I kind of grew up around frequencies my entire life, right.

00:03:49.810 --> 00:04:14.533
So this world of being able to transmit a message where into the air and people grab hold of it and are inspired by it and motivated by it and connect with their souls in a real way, I mean, I was kind of born into it and music was the modality that I was introduced to, because my dad, interestingly enough, he was a music lover and he was a well-known DJ.

00:04:14.533 --> 00:04:19.641
His name was Purpose Band, the Blues man, and he actually went on to crown Aretha Franklin a queen of soul.

00:04:19.641 --> 00:04:29.696
So music played a major role in us, in our lives, and so music was, like my best friend, a tool that I grew up listening to.

00:04:29.696 --> 00:04:36.814
But at the same time, on a personal level, I also was a child that was very a sensitive child.

00:04:36.814 --> 00:04:41.329
Some would back then, some would probably right now.

00:04:41.329 --> 00:04:42.692
We call those gifted kids.

00:04:42.839 --> 00:04:43.040
Right.

00:04:43.403 --> 00:05:24.052
But back then I was just a highly sensitive child and because I had this great level of sensitivity, I grew up in an environment being in Chicago, even in my family background where I went through a lot of verbal abuse, a lot of emotional and verbal abuse, and so you know I carried a lot of deep, dense, low vibrational frequencies, fear and anger and guilt and shame, and also because my father's business was in the entertainment industry, I mean the entertainment industry can be rather tough because it is a very narcissistic environment.

00:05:25.475 --> 00:05:31.728
So I went through this space all throughout my life, up into my 40s, quite frankly where.

00:05:32.129 --> 00:05:37.485
I was learning how to process these dark, deep emotions.

00:05:37.485 --> 00:05:44.843
And later on, actually in my late 20s, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune deficiency.

00:05:44.843 --> 00:05:51.071
Now I had gone to, you know, went off to college and become a nurse, but I really didn't learn anything about healing.

00:05:51.071 --> 00:06:05.853
As a nurse, right, I learned pretty much a lot, a lot of things that would support someone or support the collective when you may have a health issue, but healing wasn't necessarily what I had learned.

00:06:05.853 --> 00:06:17.514
And now I was diagnosed with something that doctors didn't know where it came from, and I had one option, and that was to take prescription drugs for the rest of my life.

00:06:17.514 --> 00:06:27.103
Now, I knew enough to know this that if you're on a prescription drug for the rest of your life, a prescription drug for the rest of your life.

00:06:27.142 --> 00:06:40.942
Chances are it could lead to a bigger problem or it can certainly impact my systems of the body in a negative way and I have seen chronic disease totally take over the bodies or the lives of my family members as they were aging, and I didn't want to sign up for that.

00:06:40.942 --> 00:06:46.043
And so I went on this journey, like okay, well, just because they don't have the answer, what am I supposed to do?

00:06:46.043 --> 00:06:48.028
Am I supposed to say well, they don't have the answer.

00:06:49.252 --> 00:06:50.242
Let me accept.

00:06:50.242 --> 00:06:54.113
Let me accept that I'm going to have to live with this for the rest of my life.

00:06:54.113 --> 00:06:57.721
Or should I go outside of my box?

00:06:57.721 --> 00:07:09.562
And since I had already studied nursing, let me go a little further and start really finding out about possibly how I can heal from this condition, psoriasis.

00:07:09.562 --> 00:07:19.310
Right, and so it was on that journey that I was introduced to holistic remedies and practices that I had never learned about in college.

00:07:19.831 --> 00:07:19.930
And.

00:07:19.990 --> 00:07:43.233
I may have heard about from other people in different ways and their own, you know helpful modalities or helpful suggestions on how to heal, but I had become absolutely committed to finding out how this came about, and what I learned from my research is that it had more it had, it did not necessarily originate from inside the body.

00:07:43.233 --> 00:07:56.451
Chronic stress leads to chronic disease and I had suffered from chronic stress my entire life, being bullied, not really knowing how to process my emotions.

00:07:56.451 --> 00:08:01.291
Also, let me be 100% transparent.

00:08:01.291 --> 00:08:03.007
I was a narcissist.

00:08:03.007 --> 00:08:05.788
Can you believe that sweet old nurse blue?

00:08:05.788 --> 00:08:08.870
No, not at all, are you sure?

00:08:08.870 --> 00:08:10.541
But I was.

00:08:10.622 --> 00:08:45.730
I was a narcissist and I had to go and deal with my soul issues, the beliefs that were taking place in my subconscious mind, the store toxic emotions that I was carrying, which I referred to as soul toxins and understand that you know and the patterns of behavior that I had, you know, adopted along the way, and so, with commitment and years when I say nearly 30 years of doing my own work and helping others and being trained, here we go.

00:08:45.730 --> 00:08:52.664
I became a musicologist and I found out that my love for music was the reason why I love music, cause I was.

00:08:52.664 --> 00:08:54.269
That was the thing that soothes my soul.

00:08:54.269 --> 00:08:55.443
That's why we love music.

00:08:55.443 --> 00:08:57.250
Anyway, you know, you go to a party.

00:08:57.250 --> 00:08:58.464
What's a party without music?

00:08:58.464 --> 00:08:59.748
You go to church.

00:08:59.748 --> 00:09:00.450
Why don't?

00:09:00.450 --> 00:09:05.485
Why do churches use music for the healing modalities and come to find out.

00:09:05.485 --> 00:09:23.815
Music has been one of the ways, or one of my favorite tools that I've used to help on my soul health journey, and so now I teach the art and science of musicology to help people, particularly women, relieve chronic stress.

00:09:24.220 --> 00:09:25.106
So it's just one of the tools.

00:09:25.409 --> 00:09:26.763
I use, but it is my main tool.

00:09:27.504 --> 00:09:35.035
That's amazing because I think that most people don't consciously think about the idea oh, I'm going to listen to this music to raise my vibration or to relieve stress.

00:09:35.035 --> 00:09:42.931
But when you really think about it, when you're listening to your favorite music, you feel a sense of joy, happiness and it kind of takes.

00:09:42.931 --> 00:09:47.571
It's almost like an out-of-body experience, especially if it's a song that you haven't heard for a long time.

00:09:47.571 --> 00:10:11.412
And one of the things that's so wonderful about your room that you do on Clubhouse is that you find songs that might be somewhat familiar to us, but the cover is different in terms of the music, the arrangement, of course, it's a different artist, but and the message even sometimes seems different because of how it's performed or how the music is arranged.

00:10:11.412 --> 00:10:12.413
Why is it?

00:10:12.413 --> 00:10:18.836
Do you think that music has such an impact on our overall mood?

00:10:18.836 --> 00:10:24.346
What is it from a scientific perspective that helps us to feel better when we're listening to music?

00:10:25.447 --> 00:10:27.350
Well, I always share with people.

00:10:27.350 --> 00:10:38.828
We've been taught our entire lives that we're human beings, but we're spiritual beings and I'm sure that people who listen that will find this podcast probably already know that.

00:10:38.828 --> 00:10:44.544
But the depths of what that means is where you would understand why music is so impactful.

00:10:44.544 --> 00:10:55.581
So, as a spiritual being, we have a soul, and that subconscious mind is always communicating our thoughts and our ideas outside.

00:10:55.581 --> 00:11:06.412
And then our heart right, our heart is a beautiful magnet and it's always attracting that which we're feeling and what we are believing back to us.

00:11:06.412 --> 00:11:22.413
And so what music is doing oftentimes people don't realize is that in this universe this universe was created through light and sound- and so in our DNA it's almost like we are calibrated to receive music.

00:11:22.919 --> 00:11:40.961
And so when music because we create with our words, right when I, when I am speaking, life, life, when I mean I'm saying, if I'm affirming your goodness and I'm affirming your truth and you're receiving it, and you actually increase in the vibrational frequency of your soul.

00:11:40.961 --> 00:11:52.884
And then the sound I mean when you think about the sophageal frequencies, those are the frequencies where you know you can play a 852 hertz, which I'm actually playing in my background right now.

00:11:52.884 --> 00:11:57.662
That is the frequency of unconditional love and, as a spiritual being, that is the.

00:11:57.662 --> 00:12:01.894
That's our, that's where we're sourced from unconditional love.

00:12:01.894 --> 00:12:08.783
So when you go to a spa and you hear soothing music, all of that is working together to bring our body.

00:12:08.783 --> 00:12:09.225
It does.

00:12:09.265 --> 00:12:10.107
It kind of brings it down.

00:12:10.107 --> 00:12:19.682
In fact, just to give someone an idea, what's considered to be something that's low vibrationally, what's the megahertz and what kinds of things vibrate that low?

00:12:20.802 --> 00:12:32.150
So I tell I always like to guide people to a tool that I use is called the map of consciousness tool, so it's a scale so you can determine where you are on this frequency scale.

00:12:32.150 --> 00:12:47.567
So let's just say, right now in our world we're really dealing with the vibrational frequency of fear scale, which was created by Dr David Hawkins, who was a psychologist that came out with this wonderful tool back in the 90s.

00:12:47.567 --> 00:12:53.225
Fear resonates at somewhere around 150 hertz according to this scale.

00:12:53.620 --> 00:12:54.986
It's very low vibrational.

00:12:55.720 --> 00:12:56.943
Absolutely very low.

00:12:56.943 --> 00:13:08.008
Joy Is what I oftentimes encourage people to master as we increase our vibrational frequency, and that's at like a 540.

00:13:08.008 --> 00:13:15.410
Well, depending on what tool, but on this tool is 540 hertz Right Now.

00:13:15.410 --> 00:13:31.511
The thing is, if you would like to elevate your vibrational frequency to bring that calmness, that balance and that joy into your life, I would certainly suggest that you tune in to a 852 hertz frequency, which is what I'm listening to right now.

00:13:31.511 --> 00:13:34.879
A 432 hertz frequency is really good.

00:13:34.879 --> 00:13:38.852
That's why you would hear that that's kind of like a meditation kind of frequency.

00:13:38.873 --> 00:14:08.265
It brings you into a space of ease and flow brings you into a space of ease and flow, and what we're doing when we're using this, when we're using musicology in this way we are aligning our chakras, which are our energy centers, right, and so I also would recommend a 528 frequency, because that's also a frequency that is associated with stress relief and releasing anxiety.

00:14:08.690 --> 00:14:32.903
There's frequencies for increasing abundance in your life, which is a 7, which is a 8, 8, 8 frequency that, when we say we're multi-dimensional, what you're doing is you are truly helping to bring optimal health and wellness on a vibrational level, and that's called vibrational health.

00:14:32.903 --> 00:14:41.856
And so what music does, and what the entertainment industry understand that music does, is that it helps to align you.

00:14:41.856 --> 00:15:00.903
It can be used in that way, and also it can be used as a weapon, which we have, we're very familiar with in musical culture as well, because the power of music is so rooted in who we are and what we are as a spiritual being.

00:15:00.903 --> 00:15:04.899
So what I like to do is create blue lists.

00:15:05.099 --> 00:15:37.480
I live up to my name, blue, which is I create a list of songs, I curate a list of songs designed to build you, designed to love you and connect you back to your original essence, to unite us, because we have mastered brokenness in our world, but at this time we're living in right now, we need music to inspire us to become united, so to bring us back to a space of wholeness and E empowering you, because when we are empowered then, quite frankly, nothing.

00:15:37.480 --> 00:15:38.461
It's hard to.

00:15:38.461 --> 00:15:43.500
It's hard to catch you when you feel empowered.

00:15:43.500 --> 00:15:48.995
I mean when you think about some of the old Baptist churches where you have a great choir.

00:15:48.995 --> 00:15:59.551
There are some choirs that were so powerful literally break the low vibrational frequencies off of your soul and those are what I also often call our slave frequencies.

00:15:59.850 --> 00:16:04.236
So that shame that a lot of people live with that guilt, that grief.

00:16:04.236 --> 00:16:11.346
You know anger, judgment, pride, those are low vibrational frequencies.

00:16:12.091 --> 00:16:14.458
Which we all actually have on different levels.

00:16:14.458 --> 00:16:21.177
Absolutely, it's part of the human experience frequency story and what it's all about.

00:16:21.177 --> 00:16:44.518
It really does help me to understand why you named your new book Freedom is your Frequency, because you can be more emotionally free if you're working on raising your frequencies, if you allow your frequencies to rule you, then you're not emotionally free, because those would be the lower frequencies that make you feel sad, angry, tired, overwhelmed In bondage yes, from a bondage.

00:16:44.518 --> 00:16:46.235
So let's talk about your book.

00:16:46.235 --> 00:16:47.318
Freedom is your Frequency.

00:16:47.318 --> 00:16:48.595
Well, actually it's a journal.

00:16:48.595 --> 00:16:49.378
What is it?

00:16:49.378 --> 00:16:50.596
What does it entail?

00:16:51.429 --> 00:16:53.157
Yay, there it is, Can you see it?

00:16:55.263 --> 00:16:57.876
Hold it still for a second because you've got the background on there.

00:16:57.876 --> 00:16:59.315
Oh, it's coming through a little bit.

00:16:59.315 --> 00:17:10.234
It's coming through, it's coming through, but we're going to have a link to it also on the show page.

00:17:10.275 --> 00:17:13.122
But what made you decide to write it and what are some of the main points of Freedom is your Frequency.

00:17:13.122 --> 00:17:22.730
Well, since I've been a coach, a nurse, a woman on planet earth living in America, I mean we've been having conversations about freedom.

00:17:22.730 --> 00:17:36.856
I mean we've been having conversations about freedom and this soul came here to be free because it's our birthright and I wanted to contribute to the collective finding that freedom.

00:17:36.856 --> 00:17:39.788
But we've been programmed to believe that it's outside of us and it's not outside of us.

00:17:39.788 --> 00:17:55.616
And freedom is a frequency, it's something you tap into inside of your heart because it really doesn't mean it doesn't matter how much money you have or how successful you are or how many square foot home you live in.

00:17:55.616 --> 00:18:00.045
If you don't have joy, you're not experiencing freedom.

00:18:00.045 --> 00:18:04.941
And so I always ask people what's sitting on top of your joy?

00:18:04.941 --> 00:18:10.890
And most people don't know, because we have been taught to look for joy outside of ourselves.

00:18:10.890 --> 00:18:12.512
When that real joy?

00:18:13.134 --> 00:18:17.844
the joy that you're really searching for it's authentically and it's innate within you.

00:18:17.844 --> 00:18:32.540
But we have not been taught through our programming how to find that, and you can't have joy in judgment, right, so in freedom, and so in my journal, I wanted to create a friend as a journal, right.

00:18:32.540 --> 00:18:45.644
And so I share the five simple tips that people can learn on how to truly tap into that freedom, that freedom, frequency of joy, and sustain it.

00:18:46.430 --> 00:18:55.589
You know I live down in Orlando, Florida, and families from all around the world come to visit the mouse so that they can have joyous experience.

00:18:55.589 --> 00:19:12.442
They pay a lot of money to come here, right, and I love you know Disney and all of the, all of that stuff, but the reality of it is freedom is a frequency and joy is inside of you and most people.

00:19:13.123 --> 00:19:39.772
It doesn't matter how much you pay for an experience or what kind of relationship you go into, or who your friends are or what rooms you're in, if joy is not a part of that and lord knows, this has been my experience over and over and over again, and it in the words of Marvin Gaye and Tammy Terrell as a musicologist ain't no mountain high enough, ain't no valley low enough.

00:19:39.772 --> 00:19:41.414
Absolutely.

00:19:41.414 --> 00:19:53.366
If you do not joy, it's really difficult for you to enjoy this life without having chronic stress come after you.

00:19:53.910 --> 00:19:55.294
Let's talk about that a little bit.

00:19:55.294 --> 00:19:57.840
Chronic stress what's your definition of chronic stress?

00:20:09.349 --> 00:20:12.935
Chronic stress is a state of being that disrupts the autonomic nervous system over a extended amount of time.

00:20:12.935 --> 00:20:28.950
So acute stress is oftentimes you know, if you have a moment where you're driving and someone cuts you off and it seems like you might get in an accident or something, and you might feel like your heart rate increases and you might be a little afraid.

00:20:28.950 --> 00:20:35.674
Well, chronic stress is what we have been taught to live through throughout our lives, particularly as women.

00:20:35.674 --> 00:20:52.027
We destabilize our entire systems, the most important systems of the body the immune system, the digestive system, the endocrine and the endocannabinoid system, which a lot of people don't even know what that is Exactly.

00:20:52.067 --> 00:20:56.560
Yeah, we'll have to bring you back to talk more about that, because that's a whole nother topic right there.

00:20:56.650 --> 00:21:11.874
The endocannabinoid system, which is a huge proponent when it comes to our overall wellness, absolutely opponent when it comes to our overall wellness Absolutely, and our autonomic nervous system, and we learn to deal with stress by managing it and coping with it.

00:21:11.874 --> 00:21:12.415
But it is your killer.

00:21:12.415 --> 00:21:12.896
Why would we cope?

00:21:12.916 --> 00:21:14.923
with our killer so what chronic stress does to the body.

00:21:14.923 --> 00:21:19.376
Over time it just breaks it down and it leads to diagnosis.

00:21:19.376 --> 00:21:31.059
And it also leads to prescription drugs, Unhealthy lifestyle as we're coping with it, Sleepless nights all the signs and symptoms that we are very familiar with, oftentimes as women.

00:21:31.059 --> 00:21:38.255
But when you learn how to master and sustain joy, chronic stress can't catch you, and that's the thing.

00:21:38.255 --> 00:21:47.142
Once we master it and learn how to tap into it, it helps to fortify our bodies, our souls, our lives.

00:21:48.270 --> 00:21:51.200
Joy is a great anti-aging mechanism.

00:21:51.200 --> 00:21:53.749
Joy defeats jealousy.

00:21:53.749 --> 00:22:00.503
I mean, I actually has an assessment in the book where you can find out what your joy killers are.

00:22:00.503 --> 00:22:18.563
And what I realized is that if people really understood how much of our thinking separates us from joy, how much, how much anger and stored emotions that we've been taught to kind of carry, like you know, like a badge of honor, how much does it sit on our joy?

00:22:18.563 --> 00:22:31.046
And not to mention the fact that, you know, for those of us who believe in the word of God, I mean, there are over 430 scriptures about joy in the Bible.

00:22:31.046 --> 00:22:33.237
It's something to say about that.

00:22:33.237 --> 00:22:44.032
It is our strength and quite frankly, it is a soul nutrient and without it you have chaos in the world, and without it you have chaos in the world.

00:22:44.032 --> 00:22:50.276
So joy helps us release our soul toxins that oftentimes lead to a diseased state.

00:22:51.076 --> 00:22:55.578
So, as someone is listening to you and hearing about joy and saying, yeah, yeah, that's what I need to do.

00:22:55.578 --> 00:23:12.188
I need to figure out how to get more joy in my life, what's the first step to begin that process of ushering in more joy in your life and raising your frequency as well, your vibration as well, so that you can maintain that kind of a situation of joy?

00:23:12.188 --> 00:23:16.029
No-transcript.

00:23:16.174 --> 00:23:17.016
That's a great question.

00:23:17.016 --> 00:23:27.662
The first step is you become committed to self-love, because no one is going to do that for you, and that means you are totally taking 100 percent responsibility for your life.

00:23:27.662 --> 00:23:34.346
The next thing I would encourage people to do is pick up the Freedom is a Frequency book.

00:23:34.605 --> 00:23:38.307
I thought I was going to get here today but I guess I'll get here tomorrow.

00:23:38.307 --> 00:23:43.911
But first of all, I love the cover but I love the title and I love the messaging.

00:23:43.911 --> 00:23:45.971
It's a very unique book.

00:23:45.971 --> 00:23:56.414
It's not what you might think and because I know Latrice and we've had many, many conversations, I know that she has put her heart and soul into this book to be able to share the message.

00:23:56.414 --> 00:24:16.608
Because the whole idea of joy, soul healing, raising vibrations and frequencies is kind of intrinsic and sometimes difficult for people to visualize because we're talking about concepts that aren't necessarily talked about from a scientific or even medical perspective.

00:24:16.608 --> 00:24:18.877
Some people say, oh, that's just all woo-woo stuff.

00:24:18.877 --> 00:24:29.244
But there's a lot of studies that are directly correlated and talk about the direct correlation of good health and wellness and joy and notice we're talking about joy, not happiness.

00:24:29.244 --> 00:24:29.726
Why don't you?

00:24:29.726 --> 00:24:35.435
Because I want you to share with them what is the difference between joy and happiness and why does joy seem to be more important?

00:24:36.596 --> 00:25:02.555
Well, you mentioned something that is really great because people might consider it woo-woo, but we have this whole new technology called emotional intelligence, right, and that's pretty much what the whole idea of what emotional intelligence is all about helping us understand the emotion, the emotional self, the things you cannot see, understand the emotion, the emotional self, the things you cannot see.

00:25:02.555 --> 00:25:06.067
So you know, the bottom line is this.

00:25:06.067 --> 00:25:22.756
The bottom line is this, linus, at the end of the day, as we learn how to love our souls, really communicate with our learning how to come in contact with our soul, contact with our soul.

00:25:22.756 --> 00:25:31.042
We have so many distractions in our world that keep us thinking about what's happening outside of us, and there are a lot of people who are afraid to take the inward journey truly.

00:25:31.042 --> 00:25:51.763
So, being courageous enough to take that inward journey and allow the little girl, it's almost like deciding to go back in time, and not necessarily reliving the trauma, if that existed, and I can't imagine how anyone has not gone through some kind of trauma on planet Earth.

00:25:51.784 --> 00:25:52.505
We all have.

00:25:52.505 --> 00:25:53.186
We all have yes.

00:25:53.934 --> 00:26:08.162
But giving yourself permission to rewrite the story, to rewrite the story, giving yourself permission to go and release that blocked energy that might be standing in your way, you're becoming a new person.

00:26:08.162 --> 00:26:09.517
It's giving yourself.

00:26:09.517 --> 00:26:13.907
When we hear these quotes and stuff all the time, becoming the best version of yourself.

00:26:13.907 --> 00:26:15.442
This is how you get there.

00:26:17.237 --> 00:26:19.384
I love that because you're right.

00:26:19.384 --> 00:26:22.174
We hear that all the time time become the best version of yourself.

00:26:22.174 --> 00:26:25.324
But again it's kind of esoteric because it's like, okay, well, what does that mean?

00:26:25.324 --> 00:26:27.220
I don't even know what the best version is.

00:26:27.220 --> 00:26:35.816
But one thing, one thing that many of us do know we may not know exactly what the best version is, but we also know that what's going on with this, perhaps right now, isn't our best version.

00:26:36.196 --> 00:26:40.905
So once you it's kind of like it's difficult to solve a problem if you don't identify what the problem is.

00:26:40.905 --> 00:26:47.963
So once you've identified that, okay, something's missing and I know that there are steps and things that I can do to change it.

00:26:47.963 --> 00:26:51.878
That's when you need to go and pick up Latrice or Nurse Blue's.

00:26:51.878 --> 00:27:07.006
Freedom is your Frequency, because it can show you how to begin to move yourself from that joyless state or maybe it's anger or depression or anxiety, whatever it is to one of emotional wellness that eventually will get you to joy.

00:27:07.006 --> 00:27:10.099
But I want to talk a little bit about your musicology background real quick.

00:27:10.099 --> 00:27:18.096
I visit your clubhouse rooms, I go to your wonderful YouTube channel and, as I mentioned earlier, you find all this wonderful music.

00:27:18.096 --> 00:27:28.608
Explain to them how the music is tied to frequency, and what kind of music should they be listening to that can help them with their quest to have more joy and to basically live at a higher frequency?

00:27:29.471 --> 00:27:30.856
Absolutely Well.

00:27:30.856 --> 00:27:44.288
I always tell people you know, we all have our favorite genres and so I, on my healing journey, has started curating like over 2,000 songs to a point that now I have my own genre.

00:27:45.108 --> 00:27:46.490
Wow Launched it.

00:27:46.490 --> 00:27:48.000
It's called Blue Soul.

00:27:48.000 --> 00:28:09.375
So whatever music that pretty much feels at home for you, whether it's pop music, whether it's soul or jazz or what have you I like Bossa nova music as well Whatever you feel that your body is saying yes to, that's the genre of music you need to be.

00:28:09.375 --> 00:28:11.358
Yes, yes, you know I have.

00:28:11.799 --> 00:28:14.506
I love we have that in common bossa nova.

00:28:14.506 --> 00:28:22.333
I've been listening to Latin jazz, soft Latin jazz and bossa nova for the last three days, I don't know.

00:28:22.333 --> 00:28:28.907
When I got back from my travels I walked into my office and I said you know that name and say it out loud.

00:28:28.907 --> 00:28:33.443
And I said so-and-so, play white Latin jazz.

00:28:33.443 --> 00:28:40.226
And immediately, and you know, sometimes when you listen to it long enough, it begins to kind of like go into other genres and things like that.

00:28:40.226 --> 00:28:43.596
By the time I finished listening to all this stuff, I could have sworn I was ready to speak Spanish.

00:28:43.656 --> 00:29:19.240
I mean, I can do that now, but there's something about that music that is soothing but uplifting at the same time and somewhat meditative too, because I was like working and you know, kind of calm, but yeah, it's soul will guide you toward the music that it loves most, and whether it's music with lyrics or without, right Now, I believe that it is always best to find music that speaks directly, affirms your soul, gives you wisdom, because there are songs that give you wisdom, there are songs that inspire you, encourage you.

00:29:19.240 --> 00:29:29.898
Gives you wisdom because there are songs that give you wisdom, there are songs that inspire you, encourage you and tell stories that can oftentimes be used as healing.

00:29:29.898 --> 00:29:36.730
So any song that is designed to build you, to love you, to unite us and empower us is a healthy, are healthy songs for our souls.

00:29:36.730 --> 00:29:43.618
Therefore, not only is it raising your individual frequency, but it's also helping the wellbeing of the collective.

00:29:44.421 --> 00:29:47.976
The world was healthier, quite frankly, when our music was healthier.

00:29:48.817 --> 00:29:54.219
Right, and right now we are going through a very, what I've considered to be a very low vibrational period.

00:29:54.219 --> 00:30:12.332
All the more reason for you to enter into self-care, to take care of you and what I call your bubble yes, so that some of that negativity doesn't radiate in and impact because you can live a high vibrational life and still not be in denial and somewhat engaged in a crazy world.

00:30:12.332 --> 00:30:18.840
You can still maintain that high vibration by using a lot of the things that you talk about in Freedom is your Frequency.

00:30:18.840 --> 00:30:28.307
Now on the show page there are all the links to Nurse Blue or, as I love to call it, latrice, nurse Blue, whatever they're.

00:30:28.307 --> 00:30:30.077
Wonderful, wonderful membership program.

00:30:30.077 --> 00:30:31.923
Talk about your membership program that you have.

00:30:32.484 --> 00:30:33.536
Yes, thank you so much.

00:30:33.536 --> 00:30:38.809
So everyone please come and check out soulhealthcommunitycom.

00:30:38.809 --> 00:30:46.563
And because the Soul Health and Wellness Club is a club that I created with you know, kind of like with an athletic club in mind.

00:30:46.763 --> 00:31:02.145
right, we've had health clubs forever but this is the Soul Health and Wellness Club, where you can come and be a part of a party experience being introduced to wellness modalities meditation, because that's a soul health tool as well and musicology.

00:31:02.654 --> 00:31:23.721
And then also I have curated hundreds of videos from experts from around the world doctors and scientists and other wellness coaches like Glynis, who have great resources to contribute to soul health, because this is a new journey getting to know the real you and the Soul Health and Wellness Club.

00:31:24.201 --> 00:32:00.605
I'm also in partnership with Dr Erica Montgomery, who's a psychologist, and so we work together really helping people understand what soul health is and how to take your soul wherever it is in your stage of development, wherever you are, how to get to know that soul and, if you're having a health condition that has led to, if you want to reverse a health condition or you want to prevent a health condition, showing you how soul health is a wonderful way to do so.

00:32:01.134 --> 00:32:14.925
So you know, we know of doctors like Dr Joe Dispenza, who's a really great neuroscientist, who's teaching people about soul health right now, and there's a lot of technology out, new medical technology that people aren't aware of.

00:32:14.925 --> 00:32:29.317
So Soul Health and Wellness Club introduces you to the more recent tools that we have that maybe your medical practitioners are not aware of because you know, hey, they haven't been introduced to them at this level.

00:32:29.317 --> 00:32:33.451
And also to empower people who decided you know what?

00:32:33.451 --> 00:32:38.583
I want some other options to explore how I can prevent or reverse disease.

00:32:38.583 --> 00:32:42.278
So the Soul Health and Wellness Club community is there for you to do.

00:32:42.298 --> 00:32:43.501
